Water. with its calming blue hues, is often associated with emotions, intuition, and flexibility. It stands for the ability to adapt and stay in the flow of life. In yoga, the element of water can help to establish a deeper connection to one's own feelings and make the practice more fluid and harmonious.
Air on the other hand, represents breath, spirit and freedom. It stands for clarity, inspiration and the ability to let go of thoughts. In yoga, breath control (pranayama) is a central component that allows you to calm the mind and promote concentration.Vision in yoga refers to the ability to develop a clear idea of one's own goals and intentions. It is about finding inner clarity and imbuing your practice with meaning and purpose.
A strong Vision. can help to maintain motivation and promote personal development.Together, these elements create a harmonious foundation for yoga practice by connecting body, mind and spirit.
Earth. element is connected to stability, grounding, and security. It is associated with feelings of support, steadiness, and rootedness. In yoga, this element is often linked with poses that focus on strength and grounding, such as standing poses, squats, and seated postures. Earth helps cultivate patience, endurance, and a sense of being anchored in the present moment.
Fire element represents transformation, energy, and passion. It is linked to qualities like warmth, movement, and power. In yoga, this element is often evoked through more dynamic practices like sun salutations or core-strengthening poses that generate heat and vitality. Fire helps stimulate metabolism, ignite creativity, and inspire action and confidence.
Earth and fire together symbolize the Balance of stability and change, providing both a secure foundation and the necessary drive for transformation. In feng shui, the earth and fire elements are often balanced to create a harmonious environment that fosters both relaxation (earth) and inspiration (fire).
A combination of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga as well as meditation and breathing exercises (Pranayama).
Flow Yoga. Finding harmony between breath and movement. Letting the body become light. Being powerful. Finding balance again and again. Take root from the movement and reach for the sky with your crown. Find stability & balance. Let your head become completely empty. Feel and find harmony between body, mind and soul.
Yoga and meditation - traveling within. Finding access to what makes your inner child happy. Being creative, dancing, exploring the world playfully and with curiosity.
